Why would you learn from me?

I was introduced to men’s personal development when I was 13 years old. My father brought me into circles where men gathered to talk about life, purpose, and emotions. I grew up reading books on human psychology, mindset, and habits. I was regularly listening to men speak honestly about what it means to grow and develop.

In my late twenties, I began facilitating men’s initiation weekends and supporting men through major life transitions. For the past decade, I’ve dedicated my life to helping men from all over the world heal their relationship to sex, shame, and confidence.

Today, I serve as a facilitator for two of the largest men’s organizations in the world — The Mankind Project and Sacred Sons — and have logged thousands of hours coaching men one-on-one and in groups.

My work is grounded in experience, not just theory. It blends science, nervous system education, and real-world embodiment to help men reclaim their confidence, presence, and connection — starting with their relationship to themselves.
